What’s been happening:

Karen is a native Pittsburgher and resident of South Hills where she also practices her business. A single mother of two boys; her son Devan lives in London where he works for Blackrock Corporation. Her son Reid was 17.5 when he passed in a car accident 9 years ago. She has had a diversification in careers from working in her father's business as a young adult to selling fuller brushes, a travel agent and reservationist for TWA, a Montessori teacher to her current career of Realtor for the past almost 23 years. A graduate from Penn State in Rehabilitation Counseling and Education she has encapsulated those skills in being a top realtor in the area as well as an entrepreneur at Keller Williams Realty. Currently not only a top agent she is the Operating Principal and partner in 5 of the Pittsburgh offices. Her career took her in the beginning years of finding ground for developers to becoming one herself with a new construction project, Reidmont Manor in Peters Township notably named after her son Reid. The project was started in 2005 and is nearing completion with only 1 lot remaining. Karen left a traditional company in 1999 to join Keller Williams the newest most innovative company to Pittsburgh. Taking a risk being the second agent to join the unknown but seeing the growth potential and opportunity afforded to those who could see the vision of the company. Keller Williams is now the 3rd largest real estate company in the country. Karen concentrates on listings, resales, new construction, land sales, commercial and industrial sites.
